The hotel makes effort to cut the cost and passes the saving to customers. For example, the hotel staff does not clean the room everyday (if you want, you pay a fee). It was on a good location, good parking space and a comfartable bed.

We could not see the sign from very far.

This hotel I believe was a three story hotel lots of space for parking and a clean room.
